SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Senior Architectural Designer to perform architectural design, site planning, predesign and pre-construction, site evaluation, program
development, cost estimates, contract documents and administration, building codes and construction codes for earthquakes, structural
concepts, metric systems, scheduling and project delivery. Use AutoCAD, Microstation, Excel, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Pagemaker, PowerPoint,
Color Rendering; computer generated 3-dimensional conceptual models and animation, draw plans to scale, coordinate with mechanical,
structural, electrical, civil, landscape disciplines. Must demonstrate ability to perform stated duties by portfolio.
Require: Masters degree in Architecture.
Salary: $65,000 per year, 40-hour week, M-F.
